It Takes A Village Nanny Agency provides nanny, babysitting and home management services! Our skilled nannies and trusted casual babysitters offer ongoing support to families with children of all ages and needs.

We’re here to lighten the load for parents. Alongside exceptional childcare, your nanny or babysitter can assist with household administration and light cleaning, so when you return home, your time is freed up for what matters most — being present with your children. Duties of nannies and babysitters often include:

Completing pick ups and drop offs of children to school, as well as taking them to extracurricular activities

A representative from It Takes A Village will schedule a phone consult with you to understand your families' needs, scheduling and expectations of your future nanny!

Our team hand selects your family a compatible nanny, based on their previous experience, skills, availability and location. With your approval of the match, a zoom call is scheduled for you to meet! If both parties are happy with the match, an in person meeting is organised.

If meet and greet is successful, nanny begins working! ITAV will regularly check in with both nanny and family to monitor progress, and will assist in any required coverage
